MLM Awards and MLM Event Planning

"We describe AIR, or Awards, Incentives and Recognition, as the 'second half of the compensation plan.' We add an 'e' to AIRe to represent 'events.' Events are such a huge factor in your company’s success and are integral to an effective Awards, Incentives and Recognition program ... it has proved so critical to the success of any startup or expanding company, it is as important as the air you breathe."
  – Sue Bradley, Adjunct Consultant               Sheffield Resource Network

"Leaders like yourself [Michael Sheffield] are the high caliber presenters attendees want to hear from. We appreciate your time and energy put forth to make these educational offerings and the MLM & Beyond Seminar a success."

"AIRe" stands for ...
Awards, Incentives, Recognition, Events ...

Many people join a company because of the money or the products. They stay because of the company’s awards, incentives, recognition and events!

The Awards, Incentives and Recognition Program

Sheffield Resource Network has the know how and experience to aid in creating a comprehensive Awards, Incentives and Recognition (AIRe) program customized for your company.

AIRe is an obvious and important element, and provides great incentive to your company leaders. Unfortunately, many companies think because providing good recognition is obvious, that all of their employees will incorporate this into their every day activities and that your field will feel recognized simply by an ever-increasing compensation plan check. This, however, is not the case. The reason many people join our industry is because of the money, or perhaps the product. The reason they chose to stay with a particular company is because of something much different. It is because of awards, incentives and recognition and the company’s culture. Our industry has a unique ability to provide priceless moments that mean more than money. Our distributors by taking a risk to join us deserve timely and sincere recognition for their achievements. Although simple in theory, a comprehensive AIRe program is a critical element to your business. Creating a baseline program to be used at launch and managing it early on will contribute to the early success for your company. The successful auditing, adjustments and execution of your program will continue the growth and development of your company’s culture creating strong long-term bonds of loyalty and devotion of your field and employees.
